Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Our project manager, project engineers, superintendents and foreman all currently use Procore and the Procore app to manage daily reports, RFIs, submittals, drawings, documents, punch lists, observations, meetings and change events through Procore. The offline capability of the app has greatly aided our field staff by allowing them to access project information from the field on our larger remote sites where connectivity is challenged.
- The observations tool has been particularly helpful to our field staff in managing smaller issues or "to do" items on the project. By assigning the task to an individual, these items are being resolved quickly and not lingering on.
- The ability to mark up and update drawings is great, but we need the same functionality with specifications. I understand this is in the works.
- Procore has allowed us to operate more projects with less support staff, because it s able to automate so much of the daily communications and reports we previously spent time doing.
We spent over two years reviewing/testing several different project management software. Procore's versatility; its ease of on boarding and training and its app are what put it above all the others for us.
