Overall Satisfaction with Procore

The Procore team really took the time to work with key Procore users to get them up to speed and as such were able to train even more users within the company. The help features, live chat, training videos, and support center are all great resources for users.
We were able to move existing projects onto Procore with minimal problems and able to get all users up to speed quickly and easily. New projects are added on a regular basis and we are confident that continues to be a trend.
We use Procore to manage our projects across the board, from start to finish--from accounting to engineering and construction to QA. It really allows us to streamline our processes and work more efficiently.

We have added countless subcontractors and other levels of account holders and we are able to operate the system seamlessly across the board.

For example, collaboration on an RFI from a subcontractor between my company and the owner has been well-received due to Procore's ability to keep all parties notified and up to date on the response process.

Procore is cloud-based, we are not restricted to a number of "seats" before having to purchase more; the web app, mobile app, and desktop app are all user friendly and integrate seamlessly; tech support/help features are outstanding; the system itself is user friendly and well-designed.
Procore is a great tool for all aspects and phases of engineering and construction project management. Its user-friendly design is especially handy in the RFI and submittals tools--I am able to provide instruction to our vendors to allow them to use the software in the same capacity we do and it is rare that we encounter serious errors or problems.
