Overall Satisfaction with Procore

While this is helpful, we have run into many issues that take a lot of time to modify and this is frustrating.
Our commercial construction & development teams use Procore daily. It is used for managing project documents, financials, scheduling, bidding etc.
  • Documentation - I rely heavily on Procore for reading and writing reports. Our entire project team uses this program and uploads photos, reports, and logs and it makes tracking the history of a project a breeze.
  • Budget Management - very user-friendly and easy to use and send reports.
  • Drawing organization - all of our drawings are clearly organized thanks to Procore.
  • I would like to see improvement on the mobile app. I want to be able to open up my budget and make modifications on my iPad or mobile device. I would also like to be able to add contacts and distribute the plans via the mobile app.
ProCore has much more functionality and capabilities.
We use Procore to close out a project and out all of our subcontractors' closeouts in a file and distribute it to the client. Here, he can find his red lines, photos of the project, reports, directory, etc.

The streamlined, user-friendly program allows us to create and implement processes that are quickly picked up by new employees.
Great for field and office staff to communicate. Our subcontractors struggle to view drawings or navigate sometimes.
