Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Our commercial construction & development teams use Procore daily. It is used for managing project documents, financials, scheduling, bidding etc.
- Documentation - I rely heavily on Procore for reading and writing reports. Our entire project team uses this program and uploads photos, reports, and logs and it makes tracking the history of a project a breeze.
- Budget Management - very user-friendly and easy to use and send reports.
- Drawing organization - all of our drawings are clearly organized thanks to Procore.
- I would like to see improvement on the mobile app. I want to be able to open up my budget and make modifications on my iPad or mobile device. I would also like to be able to add contacts and distribute the plans via the mobile app.
ProCore has much more functionality and capabilities.
We use Procore to close out a project and out all of our subcontractors' closeouts in a file and distribute it to the client. Here, he can find his red lines, photos of the project, reports, directory, etc.
