Overall Satisfaction with Procore
We use Procore for project management of multiple jobs across the entire organization. All documentation is kept for easy access on the field as well as in the office. Our vendors and customers are given permission to go into Procore to access purchase orders, the latest drawings, site photos, RFI's, and submittals.
The home office can easily track meetings, inspections, and punch list activities.
We also use the financial model to track costs and commitments against the budget and forecast how each project is progressing.

- Easy access from mobile phones, tablets and remote job sites. Everyone can update the latest activities from anywhere.
- Easy to navigate around the software. Able to find whatever information is needed with the click of a few buttons.
- Drawings and photos can be uploaded and access can be given to outside architects, customers, and vendors. So that everyone is looking at the latest revisions with less confusion. No more faxing or emailing to outside companies they can just log in.
- We are in need of tracking labor and employee schedules. we currently do not have that.
- Trying to find accounting software compatible with Procore. We do not want to have to make double entries.
- Procore says they are compatible but we are finding out that it is not quite as easy as they made it sound.
We currently used Construction Partner which is not cloud based. The home office needed to update all information from the job site to keep it accurate and current.
The job site would have to ask home office to run reports and email them. They did not have access.

Collaboration between stakeholders and locations is why we made the change to Procore. This is a great benefit to us.
- Saved a great deal of time since every player can input directly into Procore. No need to email and fax reports.
- Up to date drawings, no worry that someone is looking at an outdated drawing. Procore keeps track of the latest revisions.
- Ease in monitoring inspections, daily safety meetings. Able to make sure procedures are being followed and logged.

- Ensure information is accessible and up to date
- Document job site conditions
- Report on incidents and inspections
- Track cost impacts from the field

The financial module plays a key role in tracking budgets to costs. Making sure we are on track with the job.
