Overall Satisfaction with Procore

We use it primarily for document management and to manage inspections for our safety and quality of the production on the field. The most used tool is drawings to the field team that can see the most updated documents and files to help them build as per the specs to avoid rework and other field issues.

We have not yet integrated any third part software into Procore as of yet.
We don't use daily logs on Procore because if its UI. We think it requires too much information and is not easily configurable for a subcontractor.
It helps us attract younger, more eagerly to innovate individuals that have a drive for constant improvement in our efforts to be a safer, more productive contractor. It also has a small learning curve, so we can train new and existing employees on the platform relatively quickly without much-needed retraining.
The pricing model was the ultimate deciding factor, as both are similar. We liked the lump sum pricing with the unlimited user model, so pricing stays the same and consistent.
Procore works excellent for field document management and communication. It is the perfect tool if for running operations between your foreman on the field and the project management team back in the office. It allows for more open communication and sharing of information between all people. It also is easy to use software that has a minimal learning curve.
