Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online Advanced
We use QuickBooks Online Advanced for all of our accounting, bookkeeping and bill pay. We also use it for payroll and saves money there.
- User Friendly
- Keeps track of bills and notifies of due dates
- Easy to access from anywhere
- Easy employee onboarding
- Job/Project Costing with ability to input material costs, labor costs, budgets etc into specific jobs/projects. The way you have to do it now is completely inefficient and requires us to pay and use other programs that do not sync well. It would be life changing to have this ability in [QuickBooks Online] Advanced.
- It is a great value for everything that it does, I wish it had a few other important features but overall could not do business without it
I literally knew nothing about QuickBooks [Online Advanced] and I was able to learn easily and set it up and start using immediately .
This is one of the best features with using [QuickBooks Online Advanced] is being able to use it anywhere which is invaluable since Covid hit and has also allowed us to vacation in Mexico and stay caught up on work!
I like the projects aspect but with it was more user friendly and had specific job costing and budgeting inside the project.
