Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for Payroll, updating our time off hours, and other tasks. It is being used by the entire organization, and it helps us streamline our tasks and make the process easier for everyone involved.
  • The interface is very clear and concise, so it it user friendly.
  • It helps us easily send our time off requests easily without much interpersonal interaction.
  • Our payroll info is presented clearly every month so there is no issues.
  • Everything is fine functionally, but maybe the layout could be more sleek or colorful.
The interface is much easier to use and way less complicated overall. I feel like Rippling is definitely more user friendly especially for a new hire.
Rippling has been nothing but helpful since I've started using it. I look at it multiple times daily to figure out information about my company, as well as keep up with my payroll and time off hours.

Because it's super user friendly and I haven't had a problem navigating the interface yet.
Asana, Okta Workflows (Azuqua)
It is best for when you need to check your paystubs without all of the extra hassles, and it's also great for submitting time off hours without having to consult your manager. It's also excellent for viewing your company tree especially when you're new and need to know what people's positions are and how they fit into the grand scheme. No comments on where it's less appropriate.
