Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use it for hiring and document sign off! Its great, love the overall experience using it.
  • connecting to the ATS: we use lever
  • Sending out messages and templates
  • dashboard organizing tasks
  • nothing!
  • I can hire for teams faster and quickly with the hiring work flow in Rippling
Rippling is a lot better at automating and having more details rather than Gusto. We migrated off of Gusto to Rippling
I have had no problems :)

Very easy to use and I did not need any formal training!
Rippling is very good at keeping things organized and checking the process and status! I like the signature process as well!
