Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Sage Intacct is currently being used across the entire organization. Previously, we used QuickBooks Online and we were limited by the number of dimensions that we could select. With Sage, we are able to have multiple dimensions which allows us to generate cross-dimensional reports and slice data in a detailed manner.
- Sage is very flexible; it allows for the ability to select many dimensions.
- Sage has a multi-entity function which allows us to organize financial data by specific entities.
- Sage has unlimited storage of receipts and documents.
- The Credit Card Transaction module is only available to business users.
- There are limitations when it comes to entering expense entries and then trying to edit them after they've been submitted.
- When viewing the general ledger under consolidation, you cannot view memos written within each transaction.
- Faster reports generation.
- Transparency across the organization.
- Organized filing system by expense which makes the audit easy.
- Access and custom view level for external accountants and auditors.

Are you happy with Sage Intacct's feature set?
Yes
Did Sage Intacct live up to sales and marketing promises?
Yes
Did implementation of Sage Intacct go as expected?
Yes
Would you buy Sage Intacct again?
Yes
We haven't really used the automation feature, but Sage allows for the ability to duplicate invoices and bills which means we don't have to fill everything out again.
Sage offers far more flexibility than QuickBooks in regards to the number of dimensions we can have and Sage also allows us to delegate access on a user-level, which wasn't possible with QuickBooks.
