Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft

The product is used by our department, not throughout the whole organization. Before SalesLoft we were using Linkedin strictly for lead generation but found ourselves manually importing the information into our CRM and using Google to verify address/phone number/etc. It helps us with being more efficient with our time, we are now able to gather info from Linkedin and easily transfer to the CRM. Huge time saver!
  • Ease of use - very little training required to master the product and very easy to navigate through their menus/options.
  • Integrates smoothly with our CRM - we can easily add prospect directly from Linkedin which ends up saving lots of time.
  • Email addresses - since SalesLoft uses google servers to gather information, the program is able to gather information from the company which can usually include an email address.
  • "Unavailable" prospects - often times we find prospects on Linkedin but SalesLoft isnt able to gather the information and transfer it to our CRM. They claim that they do not have enough information create the lead, but the problem doesnt occur with other prospects at the same company.
  • Misleading info - the information gathered from some prospects turns out to have the wrong address/phone number. Although the person's location in on their Linkedin profile, SalesLoft picks up info for a different location at the company which can be misleading.
  • Knowledge Base - this is a place to submit concerns and questions for their support team. I've come across several topics that the support team hasn't explained well and users are left not fully understanding the answer. Very small weakness.
  • Employee Efficiency - this is huge for us. As I explained earlier, our team went from manually importing data into our CRM to being able to easily transfer a prospect into our CRM.
  • Qualifying Leads - since it uses Linkedin and Google to gather information, it is often very accurate when being compared to other lead generation sources.
  • Cost Effective - from a budget standpoint, it serves as a very affordable lead generation tool.
It is well suited for lead generation, especially for diving into smaller (and large) accounts and finding the right prospect. Our team is able to gather information easily and transfer data into our CRM effectively. A key question to ask is what is the issue/challenge you're trying to solve? It works very well for us because our focus lines up with what SalesLoft is very good at - lead generation.
