Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft

We use SalesLoft as our primary engine for our outbound sales process. I have used SalesLoft at multiple companies now, and I highly recommend it. It is crucial for SDRs to stay on top of their daily activities, and offers good insights into what emails, cadences, frequencies, etc. work and which need to be tinkered with. The easy integration with Salesforce and easy to set up automation rules are also crucial components.

  • Plays well with other outbounding tools
  • Reporting is not great, though they have made great strides in the last few years
  • Smart and measured outreach, at scale. Allows 1 rep to perform like 5 without SalesLoft
They are always able to help and give best practices, but specifically, they helped when we had some issues with the automations getting mixed up when integrating into Salesforce.
There is a bit of a learning curve, but it is pretty straightforward and, once you pick it up, very intuitive to use.
Outreach and Hubspot are the other tools I have used. SalesLoft is very similar to Otreach, but I like the interface in SalesLoft better and the price-point is a bit lower, or was at the time we purchased at least.
SalesLoft is ideal for outbound functions, but is not an ESP and shouldn't be used as a Marketing tool, in my opinion. It is especially good for outbound teams that are segmenting and targeting with dynamic messaging that is relevant but not necessarily highly customized.

It also works very well for highly personalized cadences for your 'A+' brands you're looking to break into.
