Overall Satisfaction with Salesloft
I use it to check the team performance and the cadences they use. The business problems that is addressed is the cadences they use. It eases out a lot of work for the team and it's very helpful to reach the audience.
- Total count of activities per team and per rep

- Tags used are really helpful
- Multi select option is not available
- Cannot make any field mandatory
- Selecting multiple tags at once
- Improvement in the overall activities made by the reps
- Good sync with the CRM
Cannot recall anything as of now
We were evaluating Salesforce but now not interested to switch. Majorly because the team cannot survive without cadences.
