Overall Satisfaction with Salesloft
Salesloft is our main sales engagement tool. We use it for all our cadencing to new prospects and renewing customers. Over 200 reps are using it with much success. We also utilize their deal management feature as well, which has helped us to identify red flags on deals and gives us insight into where to focus our efforts.

Yes, we have had little to zero downtime. But whenever there has been an issue our CSM and their support team were incredibly quick to answer and solve for our problem. We also have a quarterly sync with their team where they continue to help us find more value in Salesloft.
- Outreach and HubSpot CRM
Outreach is very similar but Salesloft seems to be more "Sales" focused.
