Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We have been digitalizing our HR department globally through Success Factors. We started with compensation and move forward on recruiting, performance and last year we
moved to central employee.

Very easy integration with SAP products.
As mentioned before, this is one of the best capabilities because the solution can grow with your needs using the modular approach. We started with compensation and performance in one country and then rolled out to the rest of the companies. After that we moved to SSFF CE with no impact in our previous approach.
As per our SAP framework SAP SSFF was the solution that fit best in our architecture. We prioritized a quick time-to-market due to the HR team needs over a great employee experience expecting SAP to improve this last point so we are eager to see the new roadmap of SAP Success Factors.

If you want to
innovate on the management of HR processes out of SAP HR you are forced to move to Success Factors. It is a good solution from a process perspective but it has a lot of room for improvement on the design and UX of the solution.
