As mentioned before, this is one of the best capabilities because the solution can grow with your needs using the modular approach. We started with compensation and performance in one country and then rolled out to the rest of the companies. After that we moved to SSFF CE with no impact in our previous approach.
As per our SAP framework SAP SSFF was the solution that fit best in our architecture. We prioritized a quick time-to-market due to the HR team needs over a great employee experience expecting SAP to improve this last point so we are eager to see the new roadmap of SAP Success Factors.
