Overall Satisfaction with Slack
We use Slack in our Project Team to communicate between each other in different channels regarding different topics. Slack is really helpful for dividing different topics from one another and to keep track on every conversation. It is really easy to use and to customize to your needs. The best option is a possibility to start threads in messages which really helps to not follow conversations that are not needed.

- Slack helps to keep up on all tasks and chats really easily, so you don't need to check it by yourself in order to not miss anything
- Although there are no productivity and collaboration tools, for example built-in calendars and to-do lists
Slack works a lot better than its alternatives. It has smart notifications and a lot less bugs. It is easy to search through messages and files. Also you can pin the message in the channel and start a thread from any message you want in order not to bother others with your reply.
