We use it for internal communication with history and file sharing.
- Internal chatting.
- Document sharing.
- Retains history.
- Place calls.
- Place video calls.
- Conversation history.
- Sharing documents.
- Skype for Business (formerly Lync)
Skype is good for calls/video, but not history retention. Sharing files isnt that great either.
