Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

I use Spiff to track my commission metrics. When I first started at my company, I had time tracking how much I was going to make each commission check and it would make budgeting difficult. Once I learned how to access Spiff it was extremely easy to see what I was making each month, if I was on track and I could easily compare it to previous months which I really liked.

It was so easy to use! But again I would recommend having some sort of course so a new Sales Development Representative like myself would know how to use the platform. I think I missed out a lot only knowing how to use Spiff 7-to 8 months into my role. My manager would have been able to send something out to all of us to review quickly to make sure we were aware of how to use and access Spiff.
Oh, it definitely made me feel so much more comfortable once I was clearly able to see my metrics and how much compensation I was making. I liked when I was trying to budget and calculate how much I had made in my first year in my role, I go back through Spiff and look at each month.
I didn't use anything besides the dashboard. Is there a way to learn more about the products? Is there a way my managers would be notified about certain product releases? What about the ability for sales representatives to learn more about products that could help them use the tool better.

For our sales organization, Spiff was perfect. As per my previous response, I had no idea how to access Spiff through our Okta so I went months wondering what my commission was going to be. I was too nervous to ask my manager as well what my status was. If I knew how to access my account sooner it would have put a lot to ease.
