Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop
We use Splashtop to login to our customers' computers and help with them with application issues, computer issues, viruses, updates and upgrades, how-to's, and more. Splashtop allows us to provide customers with an almost immediate response, 24/7.
- I can quickly connect to a customer's computer without downloading additional pieces of software
- Splashtop remains connected to a customer's computer when I reboot it
- I can work on more than one computer at a time with Splashtop
- The SOS product allows me to connect to a new customer's computer or to a computer that has never had Splashtop installed on it
- Dual monitor capability on dual monitors - one to one
- See when a customer needs updates
- Avoid changing the target computer's display properties when I login
- Customers know that we can login 24/7 when they ask
- We can provide tech support on computers after employees have left for the night, on weekends, and on holidays
- Knowing that we can log in almost immediately to a customer's computer strengthens and perpetuates the relationship between our firms
Splashtop's current security implementation is more than adequate for my needs and those of my customers.
Onboarding with Splashtop was easy. I've been a user for a long time and getting customers to use it is a little front-loaded with screens and security but once you're done then you're done.

- Integration with Other Systems
- Ease of Use
It has to be a no-brainer to use. If I have to fight with it to use it then it's no good to me or to my customers.
I'm not sure that I would. I'm still with Splashtop after 10+ years.
