Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop

We use Splashtop across our company for remote support, mostly attended, but have installed the streamer across all devices to accommodate unattended support.
It allows us to support/update devices easily.

Very good support team, connected to them easily.
Having used the software for over 2 years, it has met our needs as we have expanded from 50 to 200 endpoints.
Very quick and easy to onboard.
Can be used addhoc with remote user downloading a app.
Or preinstall a streamer that allows unattended access.
Yes - We were using teams to share screens, it was not as easy to use and functionality was low.
