Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
Splashtop has made it extremely helpful and easy to manage our end user computers. It helps us deploy various applications remotely and also lets some of our employees work from home safely. We will continue to keep using Splashtop and look forward to all the new projects coming in the future.

I am pleased to say they have exceeded our expectations we use a checklist every time we change provider or get a new program and we were surprised on how effective and user friendly the platform is and how easy it is to change or add/remove services. Also the encryption connection gives you peace of mind
I first started with a trial version played with it for a couple days. Had my help desk team role play and try to assist each other. Once everyone like the system I made a proposal and it got approved within minutes of them hearing my explanation and how effective we can be by having this software
Yes - We had TeamViewer it was super awful and kept lagging all the time . we did not have a lot of the controls/functions Splashtop has. I was super glad we made the change. The encryption they provided was not great and we will have issues connecting half of the time
