Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop SOS
We mainly use Splashtop [SOS] for ad hoc support in case of malfunctions and questions from end users. Together with a number of fixed computers that we should be able to log in to remotely.
Splashtop [SOS] is a great solution, especially for problems with settings that users cannot set themselves.

- SOS support. Simple non install program based on a code that can give us full access to the user's PC.
- A few fixed PCs which are easily accessible via the business module.
- Access Mobile devices within the price of our package would be nice.

- Much less travel costs by no longer having to be physically on location in the event of a malfunction
- Fast handling of the malfunctions without extra costs
