Sprinklr Modern Research is a fantastic research tool to perform market research! I like the listening engine that lets me listen to specific conversations across the web. I also love how we can clean noises from our topic, as the tool really helps us in that sense. When creating a topic and a theme in listening, we can either use the simple mode or the advanced one! Personally, I use the advanced one since we have more functions to use.

Ease of use—from bullion coding/keyword building to analytics dashboarding
With customizable dashboards, in-depth AI tools to do a deep-dive, wide range of social media platforms including Weibo, Pinterest, and LinkedIn ability to quickly run searches on current and historical data is extremely useful, especially if you just need some quick analysis of a brand or topic without having to set up queries and dashboards before you can get to the results.
