Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk

Talkdesk is being used by the whole organization. Talkdesk allows our company to telecommunicate with our clients without extra expediter on telephones or telephone services. The web-based telecommunications system is convenient and reliable. It gives the ability to connect with our clients from anywhere!
  • Reliability: I can always rely on Talkdesk to connect me with my client even when other web-based telecommunication systems fail.
  • Clarity: My calls are clear and connect very quickly from anywhere on the planet.
  • I would love to have a voicemails transcribed in emails that are sent.
  • Talkdesk is an integral part of our business. It allows us to connect with our clients, especially in situations where other web-based telecommunication platforms cannot.
Join.me is unreliable. I have had issues with connecting to audio and Talkdesk always connects me.
Anyone who is connecting with clients via telephone should be using Talkdesk. The web-based telecommunication system is reliable and easy to navigate. I highly recommend!
