Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk

It is being used across the majority of the organization. All office personnel uses Talkdesk. Talkdesk is used for communication between employees and supervisors. It also helps our team stay up to date with new developments that our team would need to know about without the delays created by email.

I think overall Talkdesk can be very helpful when running a business that requires individuals to work in multiple locations while still maintaining all of the struggles and needs of a fully functioning office building. Talkdesk has been very helpful for our biplane of business since the pandemic started.
Within our company, there were many issues when initially switching over to Talkdesk. Issues included but were not limited to technical difficulties and user confusion when initially learning the system and how it functions. You would click to answer a call, however, there would be no answer on the other line creating a situation where the agent would have to end the call without being able to help the caller.
I have not used customer service with Talkdesk directly. I did however stand in a few times while my supervisor placed calls to customer service to resolve the issue of the dropped calls that resulted in us being unable to help those callers. The individual was very friendly, but the solution did not come till almost a week later.

When needing assistance with team meetings Talkdesk is very helpful. Although Talkdesk can be a little difficult to learn initially for new users, Talkdesk is very helpful when running a global or primarily remote business as it allows individuals to feel as though they are in the same office building even when they are not.
