Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk
It is being used across the majority of the organization. All office personnel uses Talkdesk. Talkdesk is used for communication between employees and supervisors. It also helps our team stay up to date with new developments that our team would need to know about without the delays created by email.

I have not used customer service with Talkdesk directly. I did however stand in a few times while my supervisor placed calls to customer service to resolve the issue of the dropped calls that resulted in us being unable to help those callers. The individual was very friendly, but the solution did not come till almost a week later.
