We use TeamViewer for software development and for team meetings where parties are located across the nation. It is very useful in timing and is available much faster then a group of people may get together in one location and is also very visual where all members of a meeting can contribute tot he same document / program / etc.
- Access to a single PC for all members of a group to control, this is an excellent feature as it reduces redundant copies of the same topic, or multiple versions of the same product.
- Real time viewing capabilities and voice over solutions is also a great feature for group meetings providing ability for all members of the group to contribute from the comfort of each individual location.
- Team Viewer voice may carry over slow. this sometimes causes disinterest in using the product.
- Team Viewer uses the internet so its only as strong as the internet connection.
- Decreased time in project completion.
- Faster resolution to problems requiring a group effort to resolve.
