Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

We use TeamViewer to manage about 350 computers remotely. It allows me to support people more easily. It has allowed me to respond to users faster than I have before. I can address an issue as soon as a ticket comes in. I do not need to worry about tracking computers down, and I can support our users from anywhere.

For us, we started seeing benefits soon after implementation. We saw the benefit in management and ticket times. It allowed us to work more tickets faster because we did not have to be as mobile.
For us we picked TeamViewer because we all have used it in the past. We knew the product was good. We all liked it. It was a product we all trusted. Past experience tends to speak well when it comes to different hardware and software. It is a program that was easy for us to deploy and manage.

I did take part in the implementation. We used SCCM to push the software out to our machines. It did go pretty well. The thing that I didn't like was having to create the settings file. We had a few minor issues with that part. But overall, the installation went smoothly. We had to install the software on a few machines manually, but other than that, no major complaints.
No, we have not started using any of those features at this time. We are looking into implementation 2fa. We are just moving slowly with the process.
Overall, TeamViewer is a great program. It has helped us save a lot of time and effort resolving tickets. We now have the ability to support our users no matter where the techs or the users are. It lets us provide better service. Ticket times are shorter, and we get better results on the solution.
