Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
I own a small SMB IT company that remotes into almost all of my clients using current version 15. I either install Host mode, so I have access 24/7, or for smaller clients, I use the basic Teamviewer download. I started with Teamviewer back in 2007, version 3, and have, over the years, upgraded my version to 15, which works great for me & my clients.

- Fast connections.
- Secure connections.
- Simple interface.
- I use basic features with no issues.
- Nothing comes to mind.
- Allows me to save gas and time with remote access.
- Can help clients out from home or out in field.
- Allows for transfer of files & programs.
- I can help multiple clients on several computers at same time.
The original investment probably took us roughly 25 hours to start making money from the app.
I have partnered with another company from time to time, and he uses it. I am not a big fan based on having to install their app on clients' computers and their lack of features or security.

It was very simple to create a company app and install it on clients' computers. The setup & configuration was simple once I knew what features to include.
I do use the two-factor feature.
