Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

I am a one-user account currently, but having been a part of a larger account in the past, I believe it is quite easy to get set up with TeamViewer, creating a log in and downloading the software, and putting in the code. You are all set and ready to log in.
I use TeamViewer to log in remotely to our customers across North America and fix software issues or conduct trainings. TeamViewer allows me to help customers remotely without them having to fully grasp the knowledge required to troubleshoot via phone. it also helps for people who require remote support on a machine that is not their own PC or Mac. Our customer base has lots of stations setup that require an easy access point for troubleshooting. The ID and Password method works well for this.
  • Allows remote login on to systems where the user doesn’t have to have their email established to open a link.
  • It uses the full monitor instead of a browser
  • File transfers are a breeze
  • Chat functionality works well too
  • Multiple sessions at once and viewing multiple monitors easily
  • Better explanation for end user where you log in when their admin privileges are locked down.
  • Extremely positive ROI when looking at my time usage and how quickly I am able to get to the root of an issue with a customer. If I look at my yearly salary and divide it out., TeamViewer more than makes up for the cost I've saved in time spent 1. trying to get in using another remote software. 2. Time I've saved by being able to see an issue as opposed to guessing
I would say one month the subscription had paid for itself but that is as a one user license. If it were a team, and the subscription cost was higher, but being used by more people, I imagine it would have a greater ROI
TeamViewer is my personal favorite of all the products I've tried. My company pays for Zoho Assist, but I have so many customer who hate using it that I, out of pocket, paid for TeamViewer myself. The ease, recognition, and just overall quality, speed, file transfers, easy access. Its an app on the computer meaning its better for your eyes as you can see the full screen. Some of the other products I believe actually gave me eye issues from how it rendered the screen in a browser, making a smaller window and a lower quality rendering causing a lot of squinting.
