Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

wish it were easier to install for the liberate user
To assist clients hands on - to see what they are seeing - so they can see what I do and not guiding the end user in a blind grey haze.
  • privacy the password change for each session
  • print to remote printer with ease
  • stays logged in until forced out by choose, power loss, etc
  • when highlighting a numeric box of content, I can't type over, i have to delete the content first then repost
  • not user friendly to the computer illiterate invitee who is downloading/installing for the first time
  • move the " 2nd monitor option" over to actions not view
  • clients are happy that i can efficiently help by logging on in seconds which is priceless
  • that your billing is flagged is junk mail
  • wish you had a plan per user & not "2 to 5" etc
