Overall Satisfaction with Todoist
We use Todoist to track tasks and objectives within our organization. It is used across teams to coordinate projects and ensure that work gets done. We find the simplicity and accessibility of the tool (it can be used across platforms) helped adoption and has made Todoist become the task manager of choice in our business.

- Adaptable to marketing, sales, and product/tech teams
- Great integration support
- Not enough keyboard shortcuts!
- No easy way to integrate email or calendar with tasks
- No live support options
- Team has been faster in completing projects.
- More communication between different teams.
- Low upfront cost.
- Asana and Wunderlist
We tried a bunch of different tools and either found that they were too expensive or had way too many features that created too much overhead for our users. Todoist was by far the easiest to use at an attractive price point.
