Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
We use Trinet for processing payroll and providing benefits to our employees. It is used by the whole organization. Both functions are critical to our operation, since Trinet provides them in a cost-effective and competitive manner. Before Trinet, we had an extremely hard time procuring health care coverage that was cost-effective.
- Cost effective health-care options.
- Excellent support, very easy to get in touch with.
- Timely payroll.
- New online dashboard is buggy and missing functionality, needs work.
- Sometimes information is difficult to find and is stored in multiple places. It would be nice to have a single place in the online dashboard where all the relevant PDF info sheets reside.
- It would be nice if there was some sort of a live chat on the dashboard.
- Allowed us elect as an S-corp and streamline the payroll process required.
- Lowered healthcare costs.
- Made available benefits, like life insurance and vision insurance, that were previously difficult to find.
I did not comparison shop, I wasn't aware there were companies that did what TriNet does before being introduced to them through WeWork.
