Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use TriNet as our HR provider and we use it for payroll. We also use it to track employee history and manage benefits.
  • Payroll is very user friendly and due date reminders are helpful as well.
  • Once entered payroll is processed fast.
  • Annual Health Insurance enrollment is also very user-friendly.
  • Personal time and vacation time earned by employees is not accurate.
Well, our company sold off a big portion of our company in the spring of 2018 so I am fairly new to dealing with TriNet as an administrator, but I have been reached out to a few times with reminders of all of the other support TriNet offers.
I find it very easy to navigate.
  • TriNet has improved our payroll accuracy
  • Reduced the reason for us to have an HR Manager
  • Helps us keep up with OSHA Material
It was selected prior to me being an administrator but I have been an employee on Trinet with this company for a long time and am pleased with it.
Payroll is the big winner for me, it is easy and accurate. The tracking of employee accrued time seems to be troublesome.
