Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors
We began partnering with TrustRadius for Vendors last year as part of an ongoing initiative to build customer advocacy and trust. (We were in a situation where we have thousands of customers but had never launched any sort of coordinated review effort.) As part of this initiative, we began working with three of the biggest customer review sites - we purchased premium profile listings and regularly run review campaigns with all three. TrustRadius for Vendors is by far the easiest to work with and the most engaged/invested in our success. Rebecca is our CSM, and we never meet *just* to meet - she always has topics outlined ahead of time and is always looking out for us - bringing ideas and opportunities for us to better present our brand to both our customers and prospects. We also use intent data to fuel our 6sense campaigns and have seen very promising results. We use the intent data for digital advertising using 6sense display ads, as well as for sales orchestration lists for BDR prospecting.
I can say that there a few TrustRadius reviews that have provided me with a better understanding of our software. Seriously, hearing from our own customer's words how they are using ExakTime or Arcoro in combination with the other construction tech software in their stacks has been eye-opening. "Worth every dime" "Improved job costing" "Cut down on payroll time by 100%"
We actually use TrustRadius, G2, and Capterra, and TrustRadius for Vendors definitely gives us the most for our investment. The reviews offer key insights into our customers favorite features, but we also take their "cons" to our product team to help guide the product roadmap. The buyer intent data helps us keep our BDRs prospecting into high-intent lists and also fuels our 6sense display campaigns.
