Overall Satisfaction with Twilio
I've used Twilio products and services for the past few years on a wide range of website projects. Their Sendgrid email API / service is an invaluable tool for my own business and it's used by a wide range of my clients. The API is easy to implement with WordPress and can guarantee email delivery (especially critical for e-commerce based sites). The Twilio support team is also amazing on the rare occasion when an issue pops up. The team is very responsive and always happy to help solve any problems. I've also used Twilio's Authy app to manage two-factor authentication on various website. The app is far more convenient vs text messages and makes it very simple to manage the Two Factor process across multiple site / accounts.
