Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We utilize UKG as a fully integrated payroll/HRIS/ATS/Learning system. It has made our HR World so much more efficient, and it has made our employees owners of their own information. We are a nationwide company with over 1,000 employees, and we were a paper drive; now, we are fully paperless. Our General Managers are savvier as well as UKG has been able for them to access payroll and benefits information to evaluate the true cost and profit of their business. I would recommend to any organization. Thank you, UKG!!!!

Paycom -- DO NOT LIKE their sales tactics. Very unprofessional. The product has evolved and is looking quite decent from where it started, but I will never use them again. ADP -- I have used it for all different facets in my career. They can never get all their systems to work together. Really they should just start from scratch. They do have a great tax system.

Usability

I was impressed from the beginning of our implementation to the actual rollout with how hard the UKG team worked to have perfection. I am now excited that we are adding the new scheduling feature that will bring our program to the next level for both our managers and employees. I love the fact the UKG is always striving to be the best and most innovative.

Centralization

I believe the education and enrollment of benefits have been huge for us. Again, we have 18 locations, and it has been very difficult to announce and educate all of our employees on changes or new benefits. This program has given us the opportunity to do so, and it has been eye-opening for ourselves and our employees.

Likelihood to Recommend

UKG is exceptionally well suited for companies that are spread out or have many different entities. It allows ease of communication with employees that may not necessarily be in the same building as the Human Resources Department. It also allows those employees to access information about their employee files on their own. It is also a great tool if you are looking for progressive technology that can grow with your company.
