Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

UltiPro is being used across the whole organization. We are using UltiPro for HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Time Management, Onboarding, Tax Services and employee self service.
  • UltiPro is a web based service, best part about it, makes it much easier for me to work when traveling.
  • Customer service is always on point. I send email or submit a help ticket and I receive a reply back within minutes.
  • Reporting feature is very user friendly.
  • UltiPro makes updates to their system often. I see they are improving everyday.
UltiPro is a great system to use. It is user friendly and the best features are reporting and time keeping.

UltiPro Reliability

UltiPro is a web based program, you can use it in the comfort of your home, in the office or on the road. I like that fact that I can work from home and not have to worry about being behind on work.
Over the past 3 years I have been involved with 2 implementations with UltiPro. Not once did I come across having any issues with adding vendors and the system did not work correctly or the system moved slow. Reporting is perfect. I can run a report and then set a time and date when I want to have the report emailed to me.
