Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

The whole organization uses it, in that all employees use it for self-service. The H/R and Payroll departments use UltiPro for all functions from hiring to paychecks. We import into it from our application software and from our two timekeeping systems. We perform payroll time function in-house. It enables to be 100% direct deposit and employees receive/see their paystub electronically. We also post our W2's electronically and Ultimate prints them for us as well. They provide an integration for employees with TurboTax.

Workday Human Capital Management looked fine, but they were light on some of the details and didn't seem as flexible as UltiPro.
We don't have any of the problems with speed that we have had with other products.
All of their support staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to understand. If you are in a stop payroll situation, they will almost always escalate as necessary and get it fixed the same day. I can't say this for any of our other software.
We recently had to do a project where UltiPro had to set up new companies and copy them from old companies. They handled this project in a very organized and professional manner. They met the deadline and offered us suggestions as we went along, all for a very reasonable price.
Good abilities to export spreadsheets to import into my GL package to book detailed costing.
