Use Cases and Deployment Scope

UserTesting is being used by our UX department. It allows us to validate designs with consumers specific to our industry. We only have two contributors who use UserTesting. The findings from testing are synthesized and presented to upper level management. Actionable insights are drawn from these findings after.

Ease of setting up UserTesting.
Transcription of videos reduces labor cost.
Duplicating previous user tests is easy.

Transcription could be better. not fully trusting of it.
B2b audience in healthcare is lacking.
Some user testers show lack of care.
