Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

Webex App is being used by every employee in our organisation. As a Cisco Gold Partner, we also resell this technology to our clients and provide ongoing support. It addresses and fulfills our requirement for global collaboration, which is integral to how we work. We are passionate about Webex and all its features, and this transfers to our clients.
  • One tool for collaboration.
  • Global communication.
  • Standardisation.
  • Notifying automatically of where issues may lie (eg connection).
  • Tips on new features.
  • More app options (e.g. Microsoft Office).
  • Improved collaboration.
  • Reliability.
  • Return on investment.
I personally prefer Webex [App] due to its ease of use and functionality. I think that a lot of users and organisations historically used Microsoft or Zoom, especially due to the free models available, and continue to use them out of habit. Change is difficult to implement.

Global collaboration. Resolving client escalations. Getting together with a virtual team to discuss an issue, opportunity, or idea. Being able to store and access documentation within a group. Creating subgroups. Having breakout sessions. Translation tool in meetings. Webex Assistant is a really good feature. Wish everyone used Webex [App] today!

Cisco Webex Experience

Webex App Support

It would be good to chat to Webex support within the app rather than raise a ticket through a portal.
