Webexpenses is used across the whole organization, allowing individuals and teams to easily record their expenses.
- Allows you to switch accounts so expenses can be centralized in smaller teams.
- Very powerful when all the features are understood.
- Far easier than traditional expense methods.
- Hard to understand at first, can be overwhelming.
- Improved productivity (less time spent on expenses).
It no longer requires one person to submit all of a team's expenses. Instead, the individuals of that team can submit their own expenses and this saves one person doing it all.
I have not used any other product.
Using Webexpenses
450 - All employees across the business use it, for personal expenses as well as business expenses.
The most important function is represented by the Finance team who approve/reject the business expenses of the directors of the company - this could be for new equipment, professional subscriptions such as Adobe licences or client entertainment.

5 - We have a small finance team that are secondary approvers. The expenses are initially approved/rejected by the your line manager before being passed onto members of the finance team.
It is their job to ensure all the submitted expenses are correct with the right information. Attention to detail is a very important skill needed for this, as well as patience and time management as they deal with almost 500 employees
