We use Webexpenses across the organization. This has been the platform of choice for many years and supports the efficient method of collecting, analysing and preparing expense claims
- Intuitive.
- Communicates with other software and devices, such as phone and tablet.
- Mobile based, great for on the go.
- Reduces admin time for the user, and provides a detailed report.
- Allows for analytics
- Can be slow, even when in a strong network.
- Post code selector not always accurate.
- Overall the improvements are much better
- Positive ROI, less administration, simple format and easy work flow.
Photo copies are accepted, no additional checking by the user, or separate reporting for mileage. Claims approval fast and efficient.
