Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
We use Webexpenses across the whole Atlanta Group, with more than 2000 employees across the UK. I started being aware of Webexpenses because I need to claim back expenses from business travels. So far, it seems to be easy to navigate across the website so I am looking forward to learn to use it quickly and claim back my expenses every time I have to do it.
Pros
- Easy logic to follow when using it for the first time.
- Organised archives and receipts to have a back up of your information.
- The layout and structure of the website looks good and organised, you don't get lost looking for things. Simple and slick.
Cons
- I don't think I have seen anything that needs improvement. I was happy with what I have seen and how I got used to it.
- I think a positive impact since Administration can do a proper follow up of the claims requests for the hundreds of employees across the group.
I guess it is easy to just upload the documents you have to prove that you need a reimbursement instead of printing it and presenting it in paper.
