Webexpenses is the perfect tool for us, especially when working remotely, to keep a track of all expenses, amount of money spent and allocating it to the right budget lines.
Webexpenses is being used across our entire business, with everybody able to log receipts and expense claims, whilst heads of departments can sign-off and review any claims.

- Logging expenses in a clear format.
- Making it easy for anyone to upload receipts.
- A clear hierarchy of who signs off expenses.
- Sometimes the upload feature of receipts has to be done twice.
- Direct messaging between employees on specific claims.
- Very positive in terms of time saved.
Previous to Webexpenses we would have to manually print off a form, scan in receipts, attached the receipts to the form, scan it back and then send it to a line manager. Who would then have to sign it and return. The user would then have to repeat the process and send to accounts for payment. With Webexpenses this is replaced by a two minute process on the web platform.
