Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

It is used across the whole business for general expenses in Europe and UK.
  • Log receipts.
  • Log journey on map.
  • Enables you to copy duplicate journeys which saves logging them each time.
  • Runs a bit slow.
  • The app is not as good as the desktop version.
  • The route planner sometimes goes a bit wonky.
  • Central database.
  • Consistent no matter what project you are working on - remains the same - have used it for Europe and UK.
  • Too many clicks to add a journey - Click, save, add receipt, save again - automatic save would be good.
  • The submit button isn't obvious.
Still needs a few tweaks on the number of clicks.
It does what's required.
