Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

We use this to claim back any expenses that we haven't been paid for, these include things like registration fees or any overtime payment. It is a handy way of keeping track of overtime and ensuring we are getting paid correctly. It cuts out chasing HR back and forth and keeps the process very simple.

Pros

  • Easy to use.
  • Easy to access.
  • Can always refer back to - i.e. all the past claims stay visible.
  • Used friendly platform
  • Available in an app version too

Cons

  • Sometimes it's hard to submit the claim.
  • Can only login one device at a time.
  • Would be nice if Face ID is enabled.
  • Need to submit separately and add separately. Can be confusing for some
  • Cuts out paperwork.
  • Saves time.
  • Clears confusion regarding overtime.
User friendly interface. Very easily accessible. Available on several devices. Would be nice if we could use Face ID. Fairly straightforward. Saves all previous claims so these can be referred back to if needed in the future. Would highly recommend this to other companies as it saves a lot of time and confusion.
I am unable to comment on this specific question as I have not had to contact support as of yet, this is because I haven't encountered any issues with the software. it its very straight forward and easy to use. I had a query regarding submitting the claim - which was very easily resolved by the HR department.

Webexpenses is very easy to use, it is super user friendly and can be accessible from mobile phones, iPads and laptops. The only issue is you can only remain logged into one device at a time. The process is simple to understand and all data is stored so it is easy to refer back to things when needed.
