Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Across the whole organisation, it addresses ease of uploading expenses and managing them. I haven't yet found any faults so far.

  • I think it would be helpful if the person uploading the claim could erase the claim after it has been approved by the first approver but before it is approved by the second approver.

  • It has helped assure me that my personal money spent on the companies behalf will be returned in a swift and easy manor.
Extremely user friendly, I have no issues with how I currently use it.
No complaints, very easy support branches and also personal support available seems to be good too
i use it to upload all of my travel, entertainment, and other receipts. Once they are uploaded it is then sent to approvers and so on and the process is extremely easy.
All I need to do is correctly upload my receipts along with a suitable pic and it's all good.
Both are extremely easy although cipher has had numerous errors, unlike Webexpenses.
