Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

For expenses.
  • It makes plotting the miles I drive very easy.
  • it is laid out very well and easy to use.
  • Can easily see all my claims and everything I need in front of me.
  • The setting up of monthly expenses can be confusing.
  • Customize what option each person has - a lot are not used.
  • Easier to upload receipts.
  • Easy to track people's expenses - milage - no bending the rules.
With little to 0 training on how to use it I was able to pick it up. It was able to find out quickly where to add expenses receipts and I got it all put in easily.
I don't use this aspect.

Yes

I think it's really suited to what I use it for. It's very well suited to driving due to the map. It's also well suited to easily seeing the expenses of one trip and showing clearly what I will get and from what I have heard it goes through to my manager very quickly.
