Overall Satisfaction with WebPT
We use WebPT for scheduling, patient charts, tracking payments, and documenting medical services. I like how the patient charts are organized. They make it easy to find information. The treatment notes and documentation are straightforward to use, which I appreciate as a biller. I also like that I can access the EMR from anywhere since it is cloud-based.

We started using Therabill last year and it has been really nice to have a billing software that works with our EMR. WebPT has helped keep our office organized as we've grown, so that we can see more patients without losing track of important information. It makes it very easy to get signed plans of care for Medicare patients.
It's helpful that WebPT has these features built-in so that the therapists can focus on giving patients the best possible care. It's nice to have reminders from WebPT so that we stay compliant.
