Overall Satisfaction with Acquia DAM (Widen)

Acquia DAM (Widen) provides asset visibility to over 2000 internal and external customers that use the DAM. A self-service mentality was key in order to provide the services to such a large number of users around the world. To comply with the need Acquia DAM (Widen) provided: A stable platform Logical "User Groups" options Good support during the implementation. Also presets for the building of the landing page were user-friendly and nice looking.

  • When sharing collections or assets all the information about the asset should go with the asset this is not always the case.
  • Search engine.
  • Collections
  • Brand consistency by providing all users with the approved final assets.
  • Allows for a self-service operation. Streamline workflow.
For users to be able to share all the assets where the "Rights" are carried across all the areas of the platform.
The support at the top level dropped once the tool was implemented, some functionally that was promised when the product was purchased is still pending.
The Acquia DAM (Widen) is the true source for all final assets.
Acquia DAM (Widen) stacks up well to the two other tools I have used.

First-line user support is great, the team wants to help and find options for your specific needs. However when the requests were more complex and required additional platform architectural changes the experience was well...not that great.
