Overall Satisfaction with Workfront

Workfront is now front and centre in our delivery of IT projects in our organisation. It has shone a light on all of our projects, ensuring that everyone from people on the front line to senior management have a clear vision of what we are doing, why we are doing it, and when.
  • It has a very flexible reporting engine that enables us to surface data of all sorts.
  • It is very intuitive.
  • It has a clean interface making it very easy to use.
  • The resource management engine needs improvement.
  • There is little functionality in the programme area.
  • Some simple reports, e.g. display TOP TEN, does not exist.
  • Increased recharge revenue.
  • Increased visibility of areas where projects are not recharged.
  • Greater visibility and control of stage gates, ensuring we are working on and prioritising the right projects.
Better overall functionality. More expensive, but worth it.
Very appropriate in large organisations where the process is well defined.
